This Policy explains which personal data United Data LLP receives through the uniteddata.kz website, why we need it, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have. It is written in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (the Law).
1Who processes your data
The owner and operator of the personal data is United Data LLP (ТОО «United Data»), BIN 240240024865; registered address: 27 Yedil Yergozhin St., Almaty 050060, Republic of Kazakhstan; office: MOST Hub Almaty, 2/2 Khozhanova Street, Almaty 050060.
The company has appointed a person responsible for organising the processing of personal data. You can reach them at sales [at] uniteddata.kz.
2What data we receive
Through the contact form we receive only the data you enter yourself:
- name;
- company;
- email address;
- phone number (optional);
- industry (optional);
- the text of your message.
Please do not include data we do not need to reply, such as identity document numbers, health information or other sensitive data.
The website does not use cookies, web analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, the hosting server keeps technical logs (IP address, time of request, page address); they are used only to run and protect the website.
3Why we process it
We use your data only to:
- reply to your enquiry and clarify your task;
- prepare and send you a proposal if you asked for one;
- arrange a meeting or a call;
- conclude and perform a contract if we start working together.
We do not use your data for mailing lists, do not sell it and do not share it for advertising.
4Consent
Personal data may be collected and processed only with the consent of the data subject (Articles 7 and 8 of the Law). Before sending the form you tick the consent box; without it the form is not sent. The tick, date and time of sending are kept in the enquiry record on the server and in the message we receive as evidence of consent.
By sending the form you consent to the collection and processing of the data listed in section 2, for the purposes in section 3, for the period in section 5, and to the cross-border transfer of a copy of your enquiry to our corporate email provider as described in section 6. Your consent does not cover transfer to any other third parties or publication in publicly available sources.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales [at] uniteddata.kz. Within fifteen working days we will stop processing and delete your data, unless we must keep it by law or to perform an outstanding obligation (Article 8(2) of the Law).
5Where and how long we store data
Enquiries sent through the form are stored in a database on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 12(2) of the Law). A copy of each enquiry is sent to the company's corporate email (see section 6).
We keep the data for as long as needed for the purposes in section 3, and no longer than 12 months after our last correspondence with you. Records in the server database are deleted automatically 12 months after the enquiry was sent. If we sign a contract, data is kept for its term and for the document retention periods set by law. After that the data is deleted, including from email.
6Transfer to third parties
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except:
- our hosting provider in the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose server runs the website and holds the enquiry database;
- our corporate email provider, Google (Google Workspace), which receives a copy of each enquiry and processes it on our behalf solely to run our email;
- state bodies, in the cases and manner expressly provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Google's servers are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so sending a copy of your enquiry to our email is a cross-border transfer of personal data. It is made with the consent you give when sending the form (Article 16 of the Law), under our data processing terms with Google. The primary enquiry database remains in Kazakhstan.
7How we protect data
The website runs over HTTPS. Only staff who need to reply have access to enquiries. The form is protected against automated submissions.
If a personal data security breach occurs, we will notify the authorised body as required by the Law.
8Your rights
Under Article 24 of the Law you have the right to:
- know whether we hold your personal data and receive information on the purposes, methods and periods of processing;
- require us to correct or complete your data;
- require us to block, delete or destroy data processed in breach of the Law;
- withdraw your consent (subject to Article 8(2) of the Law);
- protect your rights and legitimate interests, including by applying to the authorised body or a court.
To exercise these rights, write to sales [at] uniteddata.kz.
9Changes and contact
We may update this Policy, for example when the law or the website changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
Send any questions about personal data to sales [at] uniteddata.kz.
